DS-6000, dice sorter, os a high speed sorter fro rectifier dice. The dices are tested and graded then placing to designated boxes.

need to be designed to fit to the geometry of your dice for best feeding through-put.

Function description：

2.1 Pick & Place：

1. The light-weighted swim arm to achieves high speed pick and place movement.
   

2. Adaptive Z-axis height control while "Pick & Place" via dice thickness measurement capability to avoid damage to the dice and nozzle.

2.2 Feeder：

1. Automatic dice discharge conveyer above the vibration feeder for continuous non-stop running.
   

2. Die sizes applicable: 50mil*50mil~150mil*150mil (Only feeding bowl and track need to be changed for different die size.)
