VFS-1200T is a forward surge current tester for one or dual dice packaged diode. Test items include VF and VFS. The waveforms include Square Wave 1.0 to 10.0 mS, half-sine wave and sawtooth wave. The test result can be classified to 7 bins (Bin 1 to 5, NOGO and Contact). Test condition data settings are entered from front panel keyboard. The display is a 16 line x 40 char LCD display. There are 4 display pages. Page 1 is for test condition setting & test results display. Page 2 is for classifying condition. PAGE 3 and PAGE 4 are for interface setting to machine handler.
