AR-6816 can test auto rectifier diodes. It is designed to easily link to machine handler. The electric characteristic test items include VF, VZ, △VZ and IR(%VZ). The test result can be classified to 7 bins (Bin 1 to 5, NOGO and Contact). Test condition data settings are entered from front panel keyboard. The display is a 16 line x 40 char LCD display. There are 4 display pages. Page 1 is for test condition setting & test results display. Page 2 is for classifying condition. Page 3 and 4 are for interface setting with machine handler.
