Basic function

DS-800 diode sorter is a diode tester for unipolar (rectifier) and bipolar (TVS) diode.

It is designed to easily interface to auto machinery. Test items include VF, VZ, △VZ, IR(%VZ) and △IR.

The diode can be sorted to 7 bins (bin 1～5, NOGO, CONTACT).

Test condition data setting are entered by front panel keyboard. The display is a 16 line x 40 char LCD display.

There are 4 display pages.PAGE 1 is for test condition settings and test results display. PAGE 2 is for classifying condition.

PAGE 3 and PAGE 4 are for interface setting to machine handler.
