FR-10GT, Trr tester, is a reverse recovery time tester for fast recovery diode.

It is designed to easily interface to auto machinery.The test result can be classified to 7 bins (Bin 1~5, NOGO, CONTACT).

Test condition data settings are entered from front panel keyboard. The display is a 16 line x 40 char LCD display.

There are 4 display pages. Page 1 is for test condition setting. Page 2 is for classifying condition.

Page 3 is for interface setting with machine handler. Page 4 is a reference for the package style and DIP SW setting.
