Basic function
- Basic electric measurement for LED.
- DVF measurement: Test packaged LED quality
- IR Measurement
- Different model for measuring 4, 8 or 6+6 dies.
- It can measure LED which has the same pin or up\down eletrode.
- It can be linked with PC.
- Data can be recorded by PC .
Test condition: IF*2\LOP\waveform\IR
- Electric and optic measurement can be done in 63ms for 4 dies.
- Electric and optic measurement can be done in 100ms for 8 dies.
- Electric and optic measurement can be done in 124ms for 12 dies.
Notice:
- Tested with a reference LED should eliminate the influence from heat of reference LED and enviornment.
- Power Line Cycle Filter function need to be used for low S/N ration condition..
Remark:
- Calibrated with a Standard LED with spectrum mismatch adjustment
- λd, Purity and CCT are calculated from (x, y) refer to (x,y) for accuracy
- A LED with narrow spectrum width and obvious peak is better for λp accuracy verification
- With spectrum calibration of entire test system. ( Using stanadrd UV lighting source to calibrate UV range of spectrum.)
- Dimension: 48.5*53*24cm
- Device is single diode and calibrated with standard LED. λd is for visual LED.
